Purchasing Templates

Q: How do I get the template?

A:  Download the file(s)

Once you have completed the purchase process, two things will happen:

  1. You will be taken to a confirmation page that shows the transaction has been complete.  Wait for about 10 seconds and you will be automatically be taken back to Construction Office Online and given our confirmation page.  This page will also show you the transaction number and a link to Download your purchase.
  2. In addition to the above, you will receive multiple emails detailing the purchase process.  Once payment is approved, you will receive an email from us with a download link inside the email.  Upon clicking this link, you will be taken to the download page where you can click and save your purchase.

Remember, these links are good for only a short period of time and will automatically become inactive after 3 days.

 

Q: How do I pay for the template?

A:  Add the template to your cart and complete the Checkout process.

You can you a Credit Card (We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) or a PayPal account.  A PayPal account is not required.

Currently, Construction Office Online uses the PayPal payment gateway system to process all purchases whether you are using a credit card or PayPal account.

Q: Do you mail the templates?

A:  Better than that - You can download them.

We could mail them for you but the point of ConstructionOfficeOnline.com is the ability to get the templates immediately.  Rather than provide a paper copy these templates are digital files that can be modified to suit your needs, saved, and re-used over and over. 

Once the Order process is complete, you'll be provided with a Download ID unique to your files.  This link enables you to download the file immediately.  For more information on this process, see the Downloading Templates FAQ section.

If you would prefer to have a CD copy of the templates you order, please let us know by submitting your request to us.  Please note that there is a fee of $20.00 for the CD plus shipping charges.

 

Q: My transaction was interrupted during the purchase process...

A:  That's OK

If during the purchase process, the transaction is interrupted before you complete the payment process, your transaction will not be complete.

To complete your transaction, simply log back into your account and click on My Account in the top menu.
Note:  This menu is not shown unless you are logged into ConstructionOfficeOnline.com

You will be taken to a page that shows a summary of transactions on your account.

Click on View next to the transaction you want to complete which should say Pending.

If the transaction was not complete, you will see a PayPal logo with “CLICK HERE TO PAY” below the logo.

Click on this button to complete the transaction.

You will receive two more emails: One confirming the transaction was complete and the 2nd one will provide you with the download link to the template.

 

Q: My computer crashed...lost form

A:  No Problem - We have your back(up)!

If you loose the form (Computer crash, changed computers, etc) no problem. Email us with your transaction number and we'll provide you with a new download link.

 

Q: I did not receive my download link
FAQs - After You Purchase

A:  There are several reason this may happen and all of them are common and easy to correct.

  1. Order is not complete
  2. Our email is blocked by your spam filters
  3. Your email address is incorrect in our system

Order is not complete:
Even if the product you desire is free, you must complete the order process to receive a download ID.  Please make sure you have completed the order process.

How to tell if your order is complete.
When you have completed the order process, you will have received three (3) emails from ConstructionOfficeOnline.com

 

How to Complete the Order Process:

  • Login to your Account
  • Click on 'My Account' in the top menu
  • Click on the Order you wish to review
  • Click on the PayPal button -See the image below 

  • A new window will pop up that will look similar to the image below as you will be taken to the PayPal site
    to complete the payment process.
  •  
  • Login to your PayPal Account or click on the link under "Don't have a PayPal Account" - see the image below

  • Once payment is complete, you will received the two remaining emails outlined above.
  1. Purchase Order:  This shows the order you have process through ConstructionOfficeOnline.com. 
    Note:  This does not show payment has been made.
  2. Download Info:  This is the email where you receive the download link to your file or files. 
    You will receive this email once you have completed the payment process.
  3. Order Status Update:  Notification that the order status is Confirmed.

Email was considered Spam by your email system:
Please make sure that ConstructionOfficeOnline.com is an allowed sender of email to your account.

Email address at ConstructionOfficeOnline.com is incorrect:
If you have not received any emails from us then there is a problem with the email address entered into the system.  This is common and can be easily corrected.

Simply log into your account at http://ConstructionOfficeOnline.com and edit your account settings.  

While you are logged into your account, you can access your files and download them.
